Technical analysis of the player.
Study of your matches, position, strengths and areas for improvement with the eyes of a scout, analyst and sporting director, in order to orient your training and exposure in competitive football.
Video, profile and audiovisual promotion.
Production, editing and distribution of audiovisual material and a player profile: highlights, full matches and technical presentation adapted to clubs and agents in football.
Outreach to clubs, academies and agents.
Sending videos and reports to trusted contacts: clubs, academies and agents, with follow-up on responses and coordination of trials or stays when there is real interest.
Player image, social media and environment.
We look after your image, social media presence, communication and environment: education, wellbeing and basic tax/legal guidance through specialised partners.
Coordination of trials and contacts.
We organise trials, friendlies or stays: prior contact with the club, dates, basic conditions, logistics and follow-up afterwards so that the experience makes sporting sense.
The entire service is focused on helping you make good decisions, maximise your useful exposure and build a coherent career according to your level, age and personal context within football.
Non-licensed intermediary, at the player’s service
Vicente Corral acts as a career advisor and manager, representing the player's interests in:
- Promotion, communication and exposure of the player's football profile.
- Coordination of trials, preliminary contacts and visits to clubs or academies.
- Support in key decisions throughout the sporting career.
All work is carried out under a civil contract for non-licensed management and representation, in accordance with Spanish law.
What we do not do (not a FIFA agent)
- We do not negotiate salaries, bonuses, clauses or transfer fees with clubs on behalf of the player.
- We do not sign professional sports employment contracts on behalf of the player.
- We do not replace the role of a licensed FIFA agent.
When there is contractual negotiation, it is always carried out through a licensed FIFA agent, with his or her own independent contract with the player. We focus on promotion, coordination and career management.
How the service works
Clear steps and transparent fees1. Initial analysis and agreement.
Review of your sporting situation, objectives and realistic possibilities. If both parties fit, we formalise a civil contract for sports advisory and management with an initial duration of three years and yearly extensions.
2. Fixed annual fee.
The service has a fixed fee per €/year for ongoing advisory, follow-up and maintenance of your promotion: analysis, video, contacts and basic coordination throughout the season.
3. Fees per trial.
For each trial obtained and carried out through our work, the player pays a fixed amount in €. A trial is understood as a formal call from a club or academy, on specific dates, to see you train or compete.
4. Success-based compensation.
If, as a result of our promotion, you sign a professional contract, the player pays a fixed amount, depending on the division and level of the club. It is not an agent's commission, but compensation for the promotion and prior career management work.
5. Club fees and expenses.
Trial fees, travel, accommodation or other expenses are not included in our fees. They can be:
- Paid directly to the club (official receipt/invoice).
The contract also regulates cancellations and no-shows to protect the work of both parties.
6. Commitment, exclusivity and follow-up.
We work with limited exclusivity for promotion and management for the duration of the contract. You commit to collaborating with truthful information and not duplicating the same service with third parties without prior agreement. In return, we provide diligence, confidentiality and ongoing follow-up of your case.
If, after the contract ends, within the following 12 months an agreement or trial directly linked to work carried out during the term of the agreement takes place, the economic rights set out in the management contract remain in force.
A clear written contract
Everything described on this page is set out in a Sports Advisory and Management Contract between:
- The Advisor: Vicente Corral, professional in the football industry, under the brand Intermediario.es.
- The Player: footballer of legal age (or his/her parent/guardian if under age), with their details and address.
The contract has a civil and commercial nature (not employment), is governed by Spanish law and is designed so that both parties know exactly what is offered, what is included, how it is paid and what responsibilities each one assumes.
Before signing, we always recommend reading it carefully and, if you wish, discussing it with your trusted lawyer.
